Willie J. Sodko, 78, of Richview, passed away Feb. 17, 2017, at SSM St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia. She was born the daughter of Durley and Sarah (Fisher) Gray on December 1, 1938 in Helena, Arkansas.
She is survived by the love of her life for 29 years, Anthony Keslik of Richview, Devoted mother to eight children, Nina & Bob Nelson of Odin, Terry Patton of Wamac, Derwin & Pat Newcomb of Central City, Wesley Newcomb, Rebbeca Spenner of Wonder Lake, Phyllis Newcomb of Centralia, John Newcomb of Centralia, Lisa & Ronnie Sloat of Centralia, Loving Grand Mother to many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, Caring sister to Julia & Charles Page of Wisconsin, and Christine & Buck Sargent of Laverne Tennessee.
She was preceded in death by her parents Durley & Sarah, and her brother Phillip “Larry” Gray.
Willie enjoyed spending her time knitting, but she especially enjoyed spending time making memories with her friends and family.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday from 10:00a.m. -Noon at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia. Celebration of life service will begin at Noon at the Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Barnes officiating. A graveside service will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. at the Richview Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to American Kidney Foundation, American Heart Association, or the Donor’s Choice.
