Larry M. Miller, Jr., 55, of Patoka, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born the son of Lawrence Sr. and Arlis (Westhusin) Miller on May 1, 1962 in Centralia. He married Cindy Etheridge on September 10, 1991 in Salem.

Larry is survived by his loving wife, Cindy Miller of Patoka, caring parents, Lawrence Miller, Sr. of New Mexico and Arlis Miller of Centralia; cherished son, Ryan Miller of Patoka; valued sisters, Brenda Howell and husband Ken of New Mexico, Gayla Miller of Centralia; appreciated brothers-in-law, Mike Etheridge and wife Mary of Hoffman, Mark Payne of Patoka; dear sister-in-law LouAnn McGee and husband Mike of Patoka; many treasured nieces and nephews; countless beloved extended family and friends.

Larry was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gail and Elsie Miller, Harold Westhusin, Aldene Sinibaldi; father-in law, Paul Etheridge; his mother-in-law, Lou Etheridge; his sister-in-law, Tammy Payne.

Larry enjoyed every moment of life. He will be remembered as a man who was never afraid of hard work, in fact he preferred it. Many memories were made at the water’s edge when Larry shared his love of fishing with the kids. He passed his enthusiam for life on to his family and friends. His devotion to the ones he loved was beyond measure. Larry will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Celebration of life services for Larry will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Patoka First Baptist Church in Patoka with Pastor David Rogers officiating. Friends and relatives are invited to visiting hours from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
