Frances Kay Miller, 84, of Centralia passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022, at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, Missouri. She was born on June 16, 1938, the daughter of Gerald and Velma (Burke) Williams in Stevenson Township in Marion County. She married the love of her life Willis Miller on January 14, 1956, in Belleville, Illinois and he preceded her in death in 2008.

Survivors include her beloved family, son Gerald (Annette) Miller of Centralia, Illinois; daughter Pamela Miller of Centralia, Illinois; grandchildren Michael, Chandala, Stephanie, Dustin, Lauren, Alena, James, Janna; great-grandchildren Natalie, Megan, Alexis, Cheyanne, Christian, Greyson, Elethia; great-great-grandchildren T.J., and Aviana; sisters Anne Deley of Chatham, Illinois, Sue (Dr. Dee) Boswell of Centralia, Illinois, and Karen (Thomas) Phelps of Carbondale, Illinois; and many nieces and nephews.

Along with her husband, Frances was preceded in death by her parents Gerald and Velma Williams; brothers George Williams, and Gary Williams; infant daughter LeAnne Miller; and son Mark Miller.

Frances was a loyal employee of Hollywood Candy Factory, which later became Leaf, where she enjoyed her work, and made lasting friendships with her coworkers. She was proud of her community and home of Centralia, where she lived all her life. After retirement, Frances was pleased to find time to spend time with and care for her grandchildren. She was the glue that held the family together, always hosting Sunday, family dinners. She loved to visit with friends and family, sharing her loyalty with them all. Frances had talent in her fingers, crocheting blankets, hats, and potholders which she gifted to her family. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, cheering them on to a win from the comfort of her recliner. Frances loved her family with all her heart and was a friend to all. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
