Barbara June Foutch, age 72, of Centralia, Illinois, passed away at 9:14 A.M. on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Fireside House in Centralia, Illinois. She was born on December 21, 1941 in Walnut Hill, Illinois, the daughter of Sebern Leroy and Zelma (Treadway) Phelps.
Ms. Foutch is survived by her 2 sons Christopher Waggoner of Mauston, Wisconsin and Steven Martin of Boyd, Illinois, 1 daughter Susan Hiltibidal Sanders and husband Darren of Centralia, Illinois, 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 3 brothers, Johnny Phelps of Boulder, Illinois, David Phelps of Centralia, Illinois and Roger Phelps of Odin, Illinois, 7 sisters Virginia Franklin of Centralia, Illinois, Shirley Roberts of Galesburg, Illinois, Carolyn Albert and husband Ray of Odin, Illinois, Nancy Cook of Odin, Illinois, Mary Cook and husband Victor of Sandoval, Illinois, Carla Petrea of Centralia, Illinois and Cathy Adams and husband DeWitt of Odin, Illinois and her friends at Plaza Verde Apartments in Centralia, Illinois.
Ms. Foutch was preceded in death by her parents, son Jimmy Doyle Waggoner, Jr. and sister Patricia Ann Phelps.
Ms. Foutch was a member of the Centralia Moose Family Center. She enjoyed playing bingo. She was a collector of Taste of Home Cookbooks. She was an animal lover especially cats. She has lived her whole life in Centralia, Illinois.
Ms. Foutch retired in 2001 as a finisher with Swan Corporation in Centralia, Illinois after 25 years of service. She was previously employed as a finisher with Rockwell International in Centralia, Illinois for 5 years.
As per Ms. Foutch's wishes, she will be cremated. There will be no visitation or funeral services. Inurnment will take place in Peaceful Valley Cemetery in Odin, Illinois at a later date. Cremation rites are entrusted to the Moran Queen~Boggs Funeral Home in Centralia, Illinois.
