Cheryl A. Hendrickson , 57, of Sandoval passed away Saturday, February 15, 2020 at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in Centralia. She was born on June 21, 1962 the daughter of Earl and Charlene (Hall) Bosler in Granite City. She was married to Charles Hendrickson and he preceded her in death.
Survivors remain that will remember her witty sense of humor include her devoted son, Klint Burnett of Sandoval; special, significant other, Larry Burnett of Sandoval; caring siblings, Earl Bosler (Donna) of Sandoval, Todd Bosler (Jeanne) of Sandoval, Johnny Bosler of Sandoval, Jennifer Bosler (Archie) of Alton; kind sister-in-law, Debbie Bosler; several nieces and nephews; and grandmother to her son, Edna Nalefski.
Along with her husband, Charles, Cheryl was preceded in death by both her parents; brother, David Bosler; nephews, Jason Bosler, and Michael Mansker; niece, Chandra Bosler; and great-nephew, Cliff Devening.
Cheryl loved caring for people in their time of need and was able to put this gift to good use as a CNA at Twin Oaks Nursing Home. She was an amazing baker and her family loved to sample the delicious sweets she would create. Cheryl enjoyed the beauty of nature at Carlyle Lake and spend many happy, fun-filled days there with family and friends. On those cold or cloudy days when venturing outdoors was not possible, Cheryl loved to curl up in a comfortable spot and watch old western movies. Those closest to her enjoyed her quick-wit and great sense of humor as she always found the perfect moment to share a good laugh with others. Above all, Cheryl valued her time spent making amazing memories with her family.
Day Macz funeral Home in Sandoval is honored to assist the family of Cheryl Hendrickson with arrangements. A private celebration of life service will be held at a later date by her family. Memorials may be made in Cheryl's honor to the family's wishes and will be accepted at the Day Macz Funeral Home.
