Chrystal Lynn Atchison, age 47, of Centralia, Illinois, entered into rest at 1:25 A.M. on Monday, December 12, 2022, at SSM Health Saint Mary's Hospital in Centralia, Illinois. She was born on June 18, 1975, in Centralia, Illinois, the daughter of Eugene Richard and Brenda J. (Corson) Brasket.

Chrystal is survived by her loving family, sons, Donald E.W. DeClue, Jr. and wife Brittney of Centralia, Illinois, and Luke DeClue of Centralia, Illinois; grandchildren, Brooklynn DeClue, Cage DeClue, and Averleigh DeClue; brothers, Ricky Brasket of Centralia, Illinois, and James Clark and wife Sarah of Centralia, Illinois; aunt, Becky Grote of Centralia, Illinois; niece and nephew, Amelia Steinkamp and Hayden Steinkamp; several cousins; furry friend, Jubul; and expecting Baby Clark in May of 2023.

Chrystal was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene Brasket and Brenda Brasket; infant brother, James Dillon; significant other, Donnie "Speedy" DeClue; and infant, Baby Clark.

Chrystal was one who helped other people if she was able to do so.  She enjoyed playing card games with her family and friends, especially Sequence and Rummy.  She enjoyed going to auctions and yard sales with her mom, Brenda.  Chrystal cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and friends.

Chrystal was a caregiver assisting and serving people in their homes.  She previously worked with Community Care Systems in Salem, Illinois, serving people within the community for 15 years.  She graduated with Centralia High School's "Class of 1993" in Centralia, Illinois.  Chrystal lived her whole life in Centralia, Illinois.
