Earl Edward Waggoner, age 77, of Salem, Illinois, formerly of West Frankfort, Illinois and Benton, Illinois, passed away at 11:55 P.M. on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Doctors Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Salem, Illinois.

He was born on September 15, 1940 in Salem, Illinois, the son of the late Forrest DeWitt and Bernice (Jackson) Waggoner.

Mr. Waggoner is survived by his brother, Douglas Waggoner and wife Mona of Salem, Illinois and nieces, Susan Sanders and husband Darren of Centralia, Illinois and Amanda Waggoner of Centralia, Illinois.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Waggoner was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles Waggoner and Jimmy Waggoner and sister, Geraldine Waggoner.

Mr. Waggoner was painter, who worked with his father in their family-owned painting company.
