Jeffrey O. Hartlipp , 62, of Central City passed away Monday, April 11, 2022, at his home in Central City. He was born on September 7, 1959, the son of Arvey and Juanita (Newcomb) Hartlipp in Centralia.

Survivors include his children Tyler, and Casey; and 2 grandchildren.

Jeff was preceded in death by his mother Juanita Miller; and his father Arvey Hartlipp.

Jeff was a loyal employee of Kaskaskia Workshop in Centralia. He had a passion for motorcycles and loved the opportunity to go riding. He enjoyed time spent outdoors fishing for the next big catch. Jeff was kind, softspoken and gave his best to others.

A celebration of life dual service will be held for Jeff and his father Arvey at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia with Rev. Nathan Wollenberg officiating. Following Jeff's father's interment, Jeff's interment will be at Richview Cemetery. Friends are welcome to a visitation time from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Family's Wishes.
