Joseph E. Ross , age 61 of Shoreview, passed away on July 7, 2022.

Preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Virginia; brother-in-law, Tom Pockrandt; father and mother-in-law, Edward and Barbara DuFresne; and sister-in-law, Debbie Rice. Survived by loving wife, Maggie; children, Emma (22) and Little Joe (14); sister, Susan Pockrandt of Coon Rapids, MN; brother, David Ross of Shoreview, MN; brothers-in-law, Don (Jeanie) DuFresne, John (Linda) DuFresne, and Tom (Patti) DuFresne; sister-in-law, Anne DuFresne; favorite Uncle Joe to many nieces and nephews; and many other friends and relatives. Joe was a wonderful husband and a very proud dad. He was an incredible son, brother, friend, and colleague. He had a heart of gold, an infectious smile and laugh, and was a friend to everyone he met. "Joe was the guy you'd want to sit with and have a beer".

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 26, 2022, at Day Macz Funeral Home in Sandoval with Dustin Belcher officiating. Interment will be in the Andereck-McClelland Cemetery in Sandoval. A visitation time will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at 11:00 A.M. on Friday at the funeral home in Sandoval.
