Kenneth Eugene Newman, 88, of Centralia passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021, at Greenville Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born on February 21, 1933, the son of Thomas and Florence (Kemp) Newman in Richview.

Survivors include his devoted family, wife Betty Newman of Centralia; son David Newman of Florida; daughter Connie Newman; 4 grandchildren; several brothers and sisters; and many nieces and nephews.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; and his daughter Diane Meyer.

Kenneth was a member of Gilead Methodist Church. He worked as a brakeman for the ICG Railroad.

Per Kenneth's wishes cremation rites were accorded.
