Misty Renee Huddleston, 52, of Centralia passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at her home. She was born on October 5, 1973, in Centralia, the daughter of Faye Ann Milburn and Howard Ray Jr.

Survivors who will deeply miss Misty’s bright light include her husband, Robby Huddleston Sr. of Charleston; children, twins, Erica and Dianna Petrea; sons, Howard Micheal Petrea, Robby Earl Huddleston Jr., and Ethan Michael Huddleston; twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Scott Howell, Howard Wayne Howell, and Donald Lee Lipe; sisters, Tonya Lynn Ray, and Amy Joy Moghadam; and many nieces, nephews, extended family. and friends.

Misty was preceded in death by her parents.

Misty was a beautiful lady and the heart and soul of her family. She poured all her time and energy into her husband who stood by her for almost 30 years, and her kids that she fiercely protected. She worked hard for and was proud to earn her CNA license, caring compassionately for her patients. She loved to cook and everyone loved to share a meal at her table. Misty was a hard-core griller, not even letting the cold of winter keep her from cooking on her grill. She made the most delicious chocolate éclair cakes, picante chicken, and potato cakes, that had everyone’s mouth-watering. Misty was exceptionally creative, making crafts, coloring, painting, and she had an eye for decorating. She was a treasure hunter as well, thrifting for a good buy or an antique to add to her collection. Misty was consistently lucky while playing slots, and she enjoyed going to micro sprint car races. As the glue that kept her family together, she was the voice of reason who would encourage and motivate others to be their best. All will remember her fiery, no-nonsense way. Misty meant the world to her family and their love for her will continue to fill their hearts.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
