Mollie Bounds Lout Faulkner, age 77, of Vernon, Illinois, went to be with her Lord at 10:49 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at St. Mary Hospital in Centralia, Illinois.  She was born on November 11, 1935 in Logansport, Louisiana, the daughter of Jodie and Alice (Gates) Bounds.  She married Thomas Jefferson "Jeff" Lout on September 16, 1954 in Shelbyville, Texas and he preceded her in death on March 9, 1993.  She later married Pastor Raymond Presley Faulkner on December 28, 1994 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and he preceded her in death on December 4, 2012.

Mrs. Faulkner is survived by her daughters Angela Lout Martin and husband Reverend Gary of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Priscilla Lout Kandel and husband Jeff of Vernon, Illinois, sons Robby Lout of Independence, Louisiana and Jodie Lout and wife Rebecca of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, stepson Dennis Faulkner of Phillipines, stepdaughters Patsy Cork and husband Randall of Paducah, Kentucky and Karen Faulkner of West Memphis, Tennessee, numerous grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, numerous step grandchildren and numerous step great grandchildren.

In addition to her husbands, Mrs. Faulkner was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers and 8 sisters.

Mrs. Faulkner was of the Pentecostal Faith.  She enjoyed her crafts, including the numerous quilts that she has made over the years.  She was a gourmet cook and enjoyed cooking for her family.  She loved gardening, especially her 1 acre garden.  She loved the time she spent with her family and church family.  She was a long time resident of Vernon, Illinois.

A Going Home Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at the House of Hope Apostolic Church of Patoka, Illinois with Reverend Gary Martin officiating.  There will be no public visitation.  Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Faulkner's honor to the Vernon Apostolic Church in Vernon, Illinois or Sanctuary Apostolic Church in Muskogee, Oklahoma and will be received at the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home in Centralia, Illinois.  Online condolences of sympathy may be left for Mrs. Faulkner's family at moranfuneralhome@att.net .
