Nancy Christine Brown McPeek, 82, of Odin, most recently of Reelsville, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022, at Gibson Family Center for Hospice in Terre Haute. Nancy was born in Binghamton, New York on January 9, 1939, the daughter of Lee and Thora (Williams) Derrick.

Mrs. McPeek was a Secretary – Treasurer for the Town of Odin, Illinois for many years where she and Paul moved to Odin in 1968 to raise their family of four children.

Survivors include her four children, Kathleen Clifton, (Keith), William Charles Brown, (Nora), Edwin Brown, (De), and Megon Brieseacher, (Rodney); a stepson, Donald Clark, (Lori), two sisters, Kathleen Swanekamp, and Betty Bruce; a brother, Edwin Derrick; Fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Lt. Col. William C. McPeek, USAF, Retired; Husband Don Clark and husband, Paul R. Brown; a grandson, Derrick Brown, and two infant grandchildren.

The family will have a graveside memorial service in Peaceful Valley Cemetery in Odin, Illinois Friday, May 27, 2022, at 10:30A.M.
