Vera F. Marshoff, age 95, of Centralia, Illinois, passed away at 3:57 P.M. on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at her home.

She was born on April 12, 1922 in Centralia, Illinois, the daughter of the late Ernest and Minnie (Davis) Snider.  She married LeRoy G. Marshoff on January 8, 1949 and he preceded her in death on March 3, 1999.

Mrs. Marshoff is survived by one son, Michael Marshoff of Centralia and one sister, Inez Stover of Centralia.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by six sisters, Ruth Dodillet, Merle Sutherland, Lucy Barton, Mabel Schneider, Irene Helpingstine and Faye Shaw.

Mrs. Marshoff retired in 1979 from Illinois Bell Telephone Co..  She was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church and Telephone Pioneers of America.

She was a loving wife and mother.  She will be greatly missed by her son, family and friends.

Services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home in Centralia, Illinois,  with Pastor Kyle Emery officiating.
