Frances Creps, 93, of Centralia, IL passed away peacefully with her husband and children by her side on Friday, January 8, 2021 at her home. Her wishes were to have her body donated to science. Rather than a service she requested that her family have a celebration of her life to be held at a later date.
Frances was a loving woman who enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved nothing more than spending time with family and friends; she never considered anyone a stranger. Memorials may be made in her name to the Salvation Army in Centralia.
Frances was born July 24, 1927 in Centralia, the daughter of Simon J and Beatrice (Thalman) Stasik. In October 1948 she married John D Heidler and had 4 children together. She later remarried to Marvin Creps and they had one son.
She is survived by her husband Marvin Creps and her children: Mike and wife Angie Heidler of San Antonio, TX, Denise and husband Jim Wilhelms of Effingham, IL, Randy Heidler of Centralia, IL and Terry Creps of Lake St. Louis, MO. Grandchildren; Stacy (Michelle), Jennifer (Frank), Jonathan (Samantha), Shannon, Justin and Brandon (Chelsie). Great Grandchildren; Benjamin, Kyle, Allie, Zoey, Paige, Nathan, Raelyn and Astrid. Special family friends; Dennis Espinoza who she considered part of the family and her neighbor Jim Opolony who has always been there when she needed help from a small chore to a ride to the doctor.
She was preceded in death by both parents; a brother; a son Stacy Heidler; and grandson Randy Jr.
She will be dearly missed by all those whose lives were touched by her love.
