Mr. Biggs had a strong work ethic and was a proud provider for, and protector of his family. He worked for the Illinois Centralia Railroad as a carman for 11 years, welding in the Centralia car shops. Harold then worked as a milkman for Schmale’s as an over the road truck driver, hauling grain and milk until his retirement. He was a faithful member of Cornerstone United Methodist Church in Centralia. Harold was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and always stayed true to his Cubbies. He loved to share stories while having conversations with friends at Corner Café and Project Bread. Harold enjoyed time fishing from the bank for his next big catch.
