He had an eye for beautiful vintage cars and was proud of his trophy winning 1984 2-door Fleetwood that he took to many car shows. Jim enjoyed watching old television shows, especially ones with his favorite actor, Redd Foxx. His efforts to keep his garden looking pristine won him a Project Pride award in Centralia and brought beauty to his neighborhood.
