Lorna Joan Sands, 90, of Murphysboro passed away Friday, November 3, 2023, at Integrity Healthcare in Carbondale. She was born on June 25, 1933, the daughter of Noble and Lyndall (Eikleberry) Mayo in Geff, Illinois. She married Glen Sands on February 20, 1955, in Geff, Illinois and he preceded her in death on August 1, 2016.
