Norman Dale Lee

Norman Dale Lee, 63, of Sandoval passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at SSM Health DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, Missouri. He was born on July 29, 1958, the son of William and Leona (Campbell) Lee in Centralia. He married Nadine Morris on September 7, 1990, in Sandoval and she survives in Sandoval.

Along with his wife of 31 years, survivors include his daughter Jessica Morris of Sandoval; precious granddaughters Abagail Morris, and Angalenna Morris; brothers Vernon Lee and wife Patsy of Vernon, and Lawrence Lee of Sandoval; sisters Hazel Bryant of Junction City, and Barb Cooper and husband Carson of Irvington; and several nieces and nephews.

Norman was preceded in death by his parents; sister Emma Myers; and brother Babe Lee.

Norman always had a love of spending time outdoors. He felt most at home beside a creek fishing for bass and catfish, mushroom hunting at the first signs of spring, and deer hunting in the woods. He loved having cookouts with his family and was an animal lover. He had a contagious laugh and a mischievous side, doing his best to make others smile. Norman was an amazing grandpa, spoiling his granddaughters with fun times and love. Norman will be deeply missed by all who loved him, but never forgotten.

A celebration of life service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at the Day Macz Funeral Home in Sandoval. Friends and relatives are welcome to a visitation time from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made in Norman’s honor to Day Macz Funeral Home to assist the family with services.
