Saundra Sue Ebbs

Saundra Sue Ebbs, 87, of Centralia passed away Friday, June 7, 2024, at SSM Health Hospital in Centralia. She was born January 17, 1937, the daughter of Charles Bertrum and Anita (Gutzler) Ebbs in Centralia. 

Survivors include her brother, Stephen Ebbs and wife Rita of Richview; cousins; and special friends, Keith and Dreama Phelps of Centralia. 

Saundra was preceded in death by her parents

Saundra was a faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Centralia, where she served with beauty and grace. She truly considered the times she was allowed to play beautiful music on the organ at church some of the most special of her life. Saundra also shared her gift of singing, some of her favorites including Silent Night Descant for Christmas services and the Hallelujah Chorus. She supported Trinity Lutheran School volunteering as a speech pathologist. Saundra was grateful for her connections made with the families of both Trinity Church and Trinity School and she loved them all dearly.

A celebration of life service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Centralia with Pastor Mark Girardin officiating. Friends and relatives are welcome to a visitation time from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the church. Memorials may be made in Saundra’s honor to Trinity Lutheran Church for the upkeep of the organ.
